I received the following email from Mark Scarselli of New York.  Mark writes "Mike, I couldn't let Brian ( Haines ) have all the fun . This is my 1975 Australian Ford Falcon XB GT which is right here in New York. I just imported it this summer, and Brian was instrumental in helping me. It's 1 of only 123 GT's produced in '75. It has a 351 Cleveland 4v, Borg warner transmission, 4 wheel disc power brakes, ps, a/c, sunroof, power windows, rear defrost, all of which is factory. Ford Australia was truly ahead of their time. What muscle car over here had all of those options ?  Anyway, I know its not a Torino but one can definitely see the styling cues of a Torino in it. By the way , if the car looks familiar, it is the same model that was made into the Interceptor in Mad Max.  Thanks for a great site,  Mark Scarselli"

Thanks Mark.  Between you and Brian I am starting to want one of these beauties!  It's amazing how far ahead Ford of Australia really was....
