"Hi, I bought my 1972 "Q" code Gran Torino Sport in September 2001 for $700. The car had been sitting for about 10 years and the body and interior were in pretty bad shape. However, with just a little work, I was able to get the 351CJ started and drove it the 30 miles back to my house. I have done all of the mechanical work on it so far. A local shop did all the body work and painting. I had the seats professionally repaired and recovered but did the rest of the interior myself. There is still more work to be done but as you can tell from these pictures, it has come a LONG way. I am crazy about Torinos and love your website.
